Our History

Hickory Grove Hills consists of 98 single family residences which face on Algate, Woodedge, London Wall and the north side of Hickory Grove streets in Bloomfield Township, Michigan. Most of the homes were built the 1960's and 70's with an variety of architectural styles. Pride of ownership is prevalent with most of the residences being remodeled and maintained to a high standard.

To protect and maintain the standards and property values, the current homeowner association was re-formed in 2009, after being dormant for a number of years. The organizers believing that the neighborhood community could best be served and its' interests protected through a active neighborhood association. Since its' rebirth the association has dealt with tax, road maintenance and other issues of vital interest of the neighborhood. Part of the re-birth is the development of this website as a modern tool to keep our members appraised of local issues and have some fun with it.

Hickory Grove Hills HOA is a active member of the United Homeowner Associations, a coalition of homeowner and condo associations throughout Bloomfield Township that deal with major issues that effect all residences throughout the township.
